Shiba Inus save the day!
It's a sad state of affairs when live video feed of romping puppies vies for media coverage with the first black President, but I have discovered the newest online sensation, puppycam, to be an amazing meltdown and whine deflector. Jaya is on the verge, and I say, "lets see what the puppies are doing!". Works wonders. Who knew that I would come to rely on a crateload of puppies in San Francisco as a parenting tool.

oooh, this sounds intriguing. Erin can get a little obsessed with "uppies". I could have used this last night when David and I made the very unfortunate move of trying to put her in the bathtub when she was not done reading books. Oh, the meltdown!
