My country is Massachusetts

After sticking out the Very Long Wait status on Netflix, the John Adams DVD finally arrived the other day. There are a few times of the year when I am filled with absolute happiness and contentment at living in Massachusetts: A brilliant, blue-skied mid- October day, the tiny slice of spring perfection end of June, the magical few weeks before the winter holidays. Watching John Adams was like all of that emotion plus a whopping dose of patriotism thrown in. I'm definately going to have to watch it again mid-March when I'm googling moving to the Caribbean.
